Executive Coaching: Coaching at the executive level happens for many different reasons including Leadership development, self-awareness, clarifying goals, problem-solving, succession planning and transitioning into new roles. My coaching process is rooted in my consulting experience—a pragmatic approach that involves the individual being coached, and key stakeholders who interact with the individual, in setting goals and supporting growth. I serve as a trusted partner with an objective perspective and a strong understanding of both corporate and nonprofit leadership dynamics.
Leader and Manager Training and Development: The need for managers and leaders to rapidly learn and adapt to changing workplace environments, people, attitudes, and stress is critical to growth and success. Traditional onsite training is one of many ways to quickly develop new skills and behaviors across a group. Combined with peer coaching, a robust management training program can be a great way to grow your leaders. As with my consulting and coaching, training activities begin with a needs assessment, a clear understanding of the learning objectives and needed behavioral change, and then a customized training and recommended follow-up process.
