Our work in these areas is focused on identifying, assessing and developing leaders. We use a stakeholder-centered and behaviorally based coaching process to work with current and potential leaders. And we help boards and executives ensure smooth transitions when senior leaders leave the organization.
Strengthening Teams
Our services range from a workshop to understand differing communication and personal styles to a more complex engagement involving assessment of team health and cohesiveness. Our work with teams results in improved understanding, communication and effectiveness. For most of our team building work we use the DiSC Profile.
